Yes! Clear aligners are made from smooth, BPA-free plastic that gently moves your teeth. Some mild pressure is normal when switching to a new aligner, but discomfort is usually minimal.
Clear aligners are removable, so you can eat and drink whatever you like. Simply remove them during meals and brush your teeth before putting them back in. For best results, clear aligners should be worn 20–22 hours a day, only removing them for eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning.
Rinse your aligners regularly and brush them gently with a soft toothbrush. Avoid toothpaste with abrasive particles as this can scratch the plastic.
Clear Alignets are virtually invisible, removable, and comfortable compared to traditional metal braces. It allows you to maintain your oral hygiene and eat without restrictions, offering a more convenient and discreet alternative.
